  TH Mgmt. base our fees on the number of hours needed by a client, the complexity of the services required, and the personnel needed to provide these services. Annually, services are evaluated and fees are adjusted based on the services needed for the next year. TH Mgmt. maintains a detailed report of staff hours and can supply each client with documentation of the executive and support services provided.
